Begeben Sie sich in die Hände der Schweizer Soundtüftler WIKU. “A Little Later” ist eine Auskopplung aus ihrem 4. Album “Hands”. Für ihre Fans spielte WIKU zudem auf einer Single-Auskopplung (“Midnight”) eine Mix-Version Ihres Hits neu ein.

WIKU entführt uns mit rhythmischen Gitarrenklängen in einem Psychothriller irgendwo in Argentinien (“A little later”). In andere Sphären gelangen wir mit hypnotisch-meditativen Klängen und mystischen Elementen, die unter die Haut gehen (“Springtime”). Danach werden wir mit Lounge-Klängen in den 9-to-5 Alltagstrott der pulsierenden Großstadt begleitet (“In the City”).

WIKU, ein Schweizer Komponisten- und Produzenten-Duo visualisiert ihre dreidimensionalen akustischen Visionen für Filmmusik, die von elektronischen Klängen dominiert werden. Brillant kombiniert werden musikalische Gene alter 70’ies Electronic-Avantgarde, antikem Elektropop und modernem Trancesound in ihrem mysteriösen Studio-Reagenzglas zu einem Evolutions-Soundtrack zusammengebraut.

WIKU’s Musik ist sehr farbig, dynamisch und klingt dabei atmosphärisch, fantasievoll und entspannend. Auf erstaunliche Weise gelingt es WIKU immer wieder, Soundfragmente verschiedener Alltagsgeräusche mit viel Geschick zu einem musikalischen Gesamtwerk zu vereinen. Mit innovativen Instrumentationen haben WIKU einen eigenen, unverwechselbaren Sound erschaffen. Er gründet sich auf smoother (World-) Jazz-Basis, herausragend mit Streichern orchestriert. Inspiriert durch Enigma, Enya, Frank Duval, Pat Metheny, Vollenweider, Yello und dem ganzen Weltgeschehen entstanden eingängige Filmmusik- und TV-Kompositionen.

WIKU abducts us with rhythmic guitar sounds in a psycho thriller somewhere in Argentina (“A little later”). We reach other spheres with hypnotic meditative sounds and mystical elements that get under your skin (“Springtime”). Afterwards we are accompanied with lounge sounds into the 9-to-5 daily routine of the pulsating city (“In the City”).
WIKU, a Swiss composer and producer duo, visualizes their three-dimensional acoustic visions for film music, which are dominated by electronic sounds. Brilliantly combined, musical genes from the 70’s electronic avant-garde, ancient electropop and modern trance sound are brewed into an evolutionary soundtrack in their mysterious studio test tube.
WIKU’s music is very colourful, dynamic and sounds atmospheric, imaginative and relaxing. In an astonishing way WIKU succeeds again and again in combining sound fragments of different everyday noises with a lot of skill to a complete musical work. With innovative instrumentation WIKU have created their own, unmistakable sound. It is based on smoother (world-) jazz, outstandingly orchestrated with strings. Inspired by Enigma, Enya, Frank Duval, Pat Metheny, Vollenweider, Yello and all world events, catchy film music and TV compositions were created.
