Entstanden sind sanfte, entspannende Klavierkompositionen: helle Melodien mit neoklassischem Einschlag und melancholisch-traumhafte Stimmungen von zeitloser Schönheit.

Wenn die Sonne aufgeht und deine Augen sich öffnen um die unsagbare Welt der Träume zu sehen, dann wirst du den Weg deiner Seele finden. Lida Panteleev (geb. Kantscheva) ist eine bulgarische Pianistin, die für ihre virtuose Kammermusik, insbesondere im Duo mit ihrem Ehemann, dem Geiger und Dirigenten Martin Panteleev, bekannt ist. Ausgebildet in Sofia und Hannover, verfügt sie über ein breites Repertoire, das auch eigene Kompositionen umfasst, die für ihre emotionale Tiefe geschätzt werden. Geboren in Varna, begann sie mit vier Jahren Klavier zu spielen, studierte an der Musikschule „Dobri Hristov“ bei Galina Dimitrova und setzte ihre Ausbildung an der staatlichen Musikhochschule „Pancho Vladigerov“ in Sofia bei Prof. Anton Dikov und Elena Dikova fort (1998–2003). 2003 erhielt sie ein DAAD-Stipendium zur wissenschaftlichen Aus- und Fortbildung in Deutschland und schloss 2004 als Studentin von Martin Doerrie an der Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hannover ihr Diplomstudium im Studiengang „Instrumente“ mit „Sehr gut“ ab.
Sie nahm an zahlreichen Meisterkursen teil und arbeitete mit internationalen Lehrern wie Prof. Lazar Berman, Germaine Mouniex, Prof. Olivier Gardon, Prof. Catherine Vickers, Liudmil Angelov, Prof. Arnulf von Arnim und Malcolm Bilson. Bei Wettbewerben erzielte sie mehrfach Spitzenplatzierungen, darunter den 1. Preis beim „National Competition for young pianists“ in Pleven (1995), den 2. Preis beim „National Competition for performance of Czech and Slovak music“ in Varna (1995), den 2. Preis beim „International Chopin Piano Competition“ in Varna (1997) sowie den 1. Preis beim „International Piano Competition for performance of French music“ in Plovdiv (2000).
Seit 2001 treten Lida und Martin Panteleev gemeinsam auf; ihre Auftritte werden als Symbiose aus technischer Perfektion und emotionaler Ausdruckskraft beschrieben. Sie gaben bereits mehr als hundert Konzerte in den wichtigsten Sälen Europas. Darüber hinaus ist Lida Panteleev vielseitig engagiert: als Choreografin, Pianistin und Klavierlehrerin. Gemeinsam mit Martin Panteleev rief sie die Owinger Musiktage ins Leben und engagiert sich u. a. bei den Kammermusiktagen Barth.

In Dreams, Lida Panteleev presents nine beautiful, dreamy solo piano pieces of her own composition, which blend the spirit of classical romanticism and neoclassicism with modern, expansive soundscapes. The result is a collection of gentle, relaxing piano compositions: bright melodies with a neoclassical influence and melancholic, dreamlike moods of timeless beauty.

Sometimes they drift in the silvery mist, silent and weightless. Sometimes they cast their shadows into the forest of our soul, where thoughts whisper like leaves in the wind. There, memories grow like ancient trees, and between their branches our hopes shine. Our dreams bear wings of colourful rainbows. With them, we cross the boundaries of reality and, for a moment, touch the infinite.

Lida Panteleev (born Kantscheva) is a Bulgarian pianist known for her virtuoso chamber music performances, particularly in a duo with her husband, the violinist and conductor Martin Panteleev. Trained in Sofia and Hanover, she has a wide-ranging repertoire that also includes her own compositions, which are prized for their emotional depth. Born in Varna, she began playing the piano at the age of four, studied at the ‘Dobri Hristov’ Music School under Galina Dimitrova, and continued her training at the ‘Pancho Vladigerov’ State Academy of Music in Sofia under Prof. Anton Dikov and Elena Dikova (1998–2003). In 2003, she received a DAAD scholarship for academic training and further education in Germany and, in 2004, as a student of Martin Doerrie at the University of Music and Theatre in Hanover, she completed her diploma course in ‘Instruments’ with a grade of ‘Very Good’.
She has taken part in numerous masterclasses and worked with international teachers such as Prof. Lazar Berman, Germaine Mouniex, Prof. Olivier Gardon, Prof. Catherine Vickers, Liudmil Angelov, Prof. Arnulf von Arnim and Malcolm Bilson. She has achieved top placings in numerous competitions, including 1st prize at the ‘National Competition for Young Pianists’ in Pleven (1995), 2nd prize at the ‘National Competition for the Performance of Czech and Slovak Music’ in Varna (1995), second prize at the “International Chopin Piano Competition” in Varna (1997) and first prize at the “International Piano Competition for the Performance of French Music” in Plovdiv (2000).
Lida and Martin Panteleev have been performing together since 2001; their performances are described as a symbiosis of technical perfection and emotional expressiveness. They have already given more than a hundred concerts in Europe’s most prestigious concert halls. In addition, Lida Panteleev is involved in a wide range of activities: as a choreographer, pianist and piano teacher. Together with Martin Panteleev, she founded the Owinger Musiktage and is involved in the Barth Chamber Music Festival, amongst other things.
