Musiktalent Martin Panteleev präsentiert uns eine Reise durch das All, um einen mystisch leuchtenden Quasar in weiter Ferne zu ergründen.

Beautiful and mystical, a magical quasar still shines in the far distance, at the same time hiding its secrets in the darkness.

Woher kommen wir, wohin werden wir gehen? Trotz aller wissenschaftlicher Fortschritte bleiben viele Fragen über die Entstehung des Universums und die menschliche Existenz unbeantwortet. In der materiellen Welt bleibt das Individuum begrenzt, fast unsichtbar. Mit Musik können wir einen Teil der Antworten erforschen. Wir verlassen die Pangaea und reisen in die entferntesten Regionen des Universums, hin zu den aktiven Kernen von Galaxien, hellen sternartigen Quasaren. Wir bestaunen ihre großen Energiemengen und rotierenden Scheiben leuchtender Energie, die schwarze Löcher umgeben. Milliarden von Lichtjahren entfernt, haben wir die Wahl zu träumen und zu glauben. Die Zeit rinnt durch uns wie im Traum, während wir nur ein winziger Teil von etwas Unendlichem sind. Begeben wir uns auf die Reise durch das All und nehmen Contact auf. Wir sind nicht allein. In Train of Time träumen und fühlen wir die Unendlichkeit. Unsichtbare Energien und kurzzeitig aufleuchtende Phänomene tanzen energetisch um uns herum. Wir sehen charakteristische Spektren mit ausgedehnten Emissionslinien, die mit in rascher Bewegung befindlichem Gas spielen. Leuchtende Materie kreist in hoher Geschwindigkeit wie ein Frozen Fire um einen Quasar. Auf unserer Zeitreise erfahren wir das Leiden und die Hoffnung der Apokalypse. Dies Irae leitet die Sequenz ein, die uns durch die eisige Einsamkeit von Callisto führt. Wunderschön und mystisch leuchtet immer noch ein magischer Quasar in weiter Ferne, um gleichzeitig seine Geheimnisse in der Dunkelheit zu verstecken. Voller Sehnsucht kehren wir auf die Erde zurück und erwachen aus unserem musikalischen Traum. Welcome Home.

Martin Panteleev stammt aus einer Musikerfamilie und erhielt bereits mit vier Jahren seinen ersten Geigenunterricht. Während seines Studiums an der Nationalen Musikschule “L. Pipkov” gab er schon als Neunjähriger europaweit erste Konzerte als Konzertmeister der Jungen Philharmonie “Pioneer” unter der Leitung von Prof. Vladi Simeonov. Anschließend studierte er neben der Violine noch die Fächer Komponieren und Dirigieren an der Musikakademie “P. Vladigerov”. Nach dem Musikstudium begann er seine internationale Karriere im Alter von nur 21 Jahren bei der Philharmonie der Nationen, die ihn inzwischen zu Dutzenden von Orchestern und Hunderten von Auftritten weltweit führte (Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Israel Symphony Orchestra, Berliner Symphoniker, Netherlands Symphony Orchestra, Shenzhen Symphony Orchestra u.v.m.). Für seine drei Sinfonien und weitere Werke, die u. a. in Deutschland, China, Südafrika und Bulgarien uraufgeführt wurden, erhielt er mehrere Preise, dabei im Jahr 2006 den Ehrenpreis des Bulgarischen Kulturministeriums.

Musical talent Martin Panteleev presents us with a journey through space to fathom a mystically glowing quasar in the far distance.
Where do we come from, and where are we going? Despite all the scientific progress, many questions about the origin of the universe and human existence remain unanswered. In the material world, the individual remains limited, almost invisible. With music, we can explore some of the answers. We leave Pangaea and travel to the most distant regions of the universe, to the active cores of galaxies, bright star-like quasars. We marvel at their vast amounts of energy and rotating disks of luminous energy surrounding black holes. Billions of light years away, we have the choice to dream and to believe. Time slips through us as if in a dream, while we are only a tiny part of something infinite. Let us embark on the journey through space and record Contact. We are not alone. In Train of Time we dream and feel infinity. Invisible energies and momentary illuminating phenomena dance energetically around us. We see characteristic spectra with extended emission lines playing with gas in rapid motion. Luminous matter orbits at high speed like a Frozen Fire around a Quasar. As we travel through time, we experience the suffering and hope of the apocalypse. Dies Irae introduces the sequence that takes us through the icy solitude of Callisto. Beautiful and mystical, a magical quasar still shines in the far distance, at the same time hiding its secrets in the darkness. Full of longing, we return to earth and awake from our musical dream. Welcome Home.

Martin Panteleev was born into a family of musicians and received his first violin lessons at the age of four. During his studies at the National Music School “L. Pipkov”, he gave his first concerts throughout Europe at the age of nine as concertmaster of the Young Philharmonic Orchestra “Pioneer” under the direction of Prof. Vladi Simeonov. Afterwards, in addition to the violin, he studied composition and conducting at the Music Academy “P. Vladigerov”. After his music studies, he began his international career at the age of only 21 with the Philharmonia of Nations, which has since taken him to dozens of orchestras and hundreds of performances worldwide (Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Israel Symphony Orchestra, Berlin Symphony Orchestra, Netherlands Symphony Orchestra, Shenzhen Symphony Orchestra and many more). He has received several prizes for his three symphonies and other works, which have been premiered in Germany, China, South Africa and Bulgaria, among others, including the Honorary Prize of the Bulgarian Ministry of Culture in 2006. At the age of 28 he became Chief Conductor of the Sofia Philharmonic and Principal Guest Conductor of the Cape Town Philharmonic with whom he conducted a major US tour.
